Аннотация

Рак желудка характеризуется низкой пятилетней выживаемостью больных уже на ранних стадиях. современные инструментальные методики обследования не всегда вовремя могут диагностировать рецидивы и прогрессирование заболевания у больных, прошедших радикальное оперативное лечение. набирающая популярность в последние годы концепция жидкостной биопсии, которая включает определение циркулирующих опухолевых клеток и циркулирующих нуклеиновых кислот в крови, может значительно улучшить отдаленные результаты лечения благодаря высокой чувствительности методик. необходимы дальнейшее изучение жидкостной биопсии применительно к раку желудка, поиск более универсальных маркеров и методов.
