Аннотация
Одно из ключевых направлений в борьбе с раком молочной железы (РМЖ), который остается самым распространенным онкологическим заболеванием у женщин в мире, связано с ранним выявлением новообразований, их правильной интерпретацией и установлением факторов, определяющих выбор оптимальной тактики лечения. В свою очередь, сложившиеся «медицинские» реалии в контексте располагаемых человеческих ресурсов, имеющихся нормативов и необходимости обрабатывать гигантские объемы исследований диктуют необходимость поиска новых эффективных инструментариев диагностики РМЖ. В этой связи интеграция в процесс лучевой диагностики РМЖ высокопроизводительных технологий на базе искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) представляется чрезвычайно важной и актуальной. Интерес к этой теме находит отражение во все возрастающем числе научных публикаций, число которых за последние шесть лет увеличилось в четыре раза. На этом фоне отсутствие полноценного внедрения результатов исследований в повседневную, полномасштабную клиническую практику мотивирует к изучению состояния данного вопроса на предмет оценки итоговых результатов научной деятельности и понимания ее потенциальных перспектив. Настоящее исследование направлено на структурирование и систематизацию данных научной литературы, освещающих вопросы применения математических моделей ИИ для анализа традиционной и мультимодальной визуализации новообразований в молочной железе при определении молекулярно-биологического подтипа РМЖ, оценки ответа опухоли на лекарственное лечение, других аспектов диагностики РМЖ, ориентирующих на персонифицированный подход к прогнозированию, планированию и лечению пациента. Проанализированы наиболее широко применяемые и перспективные модели и алгоритмы обучения нейронных сетей, используемые в последнее время, определены их потенциальные возможности для выработки единых подходов к интеграции ИИ в арсенал средств автоматизации процесса мультимодальной диагностики РМЖ. Результаты проведенной работы позволили сформулировать основные тренды проводимых научных исследований, косвенно оценить их потенциальную эффективность в решении вопросов прогнозирования сценариев диагностики и лечения РМЖ.
