Аннотация
Изложены современные представления об одной из наиболее трудно диагностируемых форм легочной диссеминации. Они касаются динамики развития гранулематозных изменений в легочной ткани на клеточном и субклеточном уровне, а также характеристики иммунофенотипа клеток Лангерганса. В настоящее время частота данной патологии увеличивается, что повышает ответственность за ее своевременную диагностику, основанную на проведении четких клиникоморфологических исследований.Библиографические ссылки
