Аннотация
В обзоре представлены последние данные по редкому типу новообразований яичников – стромально-клеточным опухолям, которые составляют 7-8% овариальных неоплазий. Данная группа заболеваний характеризуется неоднозначным прогнозом и высокой частотой рецидивирования. В работе представлена общая характеристика СКОЯ, описаны наиболее часто встречающиеся и редкие нозологические формы. Отдельно охарактеризованы современные диагностические и лечебные подходы. Авторами подробно показаны проблемы в ранней диагностике первичных СКОЯ и их рецидивов, отсутствие единого подхода в терапевтической тактике и необходимость дальнейшего изучения данной группы новообразований яичника.
