Аннотация
Метастатические опухоли полости рта встречаются редко. Почечно-клеточный рак (ПКР) метастазирует в органы головы и шеи в 12–16% случаев. Метастазы ПКР в язык редкое наблюдение. В мировой литературе описано 63 случая метастазирования рака почки в язык. Мы приводим клиническое наблюдение метастазирования ПКР в кожу нижнего века (как начальное проявления заболевания) и в язык (через 11 мес после постановки диагноза рак почки) у одного пациента с распространенными метастазами, включая метастазы в легкие, надпочечник, головной мозг. В статье приводим обзор литературы по данной теме.
