Аннотация

Проведен аналитический обзор исследований в области эпидемиологии и канцерогенеза рака шейки матки (РШМ) и мер и технологий профилактики этой формы рака. Рассмотрены данные об основных доказанных факторах риска РШМ, которыми являются определенные характеристики сексуального поведения и репродуктивного анамнеза, половые инфекции и инфицированность вирусом папилломы человека (ВПЧ), табакокурение и некоторые другие характеристики образа жизни. На данных мировой литературы проведен анализ существующих методов профилактики РШМ, включая адресный санпросвет, вакцинацию от ВПЧ и разные виды скрининга на РШМ. Приведены данные о значимости, эффективности и доступности разных профилактических технологий.
