Аннотация

Лекция посвящена различным аспектам применения внутрипросветной брахитера-пии (ВПБ) в лечении рака пищевода (РП). Дан критический обзор использования ВПБ в качестве компонента сочетанной лучевой /химиолучевой терапии в схемах неоадъ-ювантного лечения, при самостоятельной (окончательной, или дефинитивной) ХЛТ, а также в паллиативном лечении опухолей данной локализации. Суммированы разноречивые данные об эффективности брахи-терапии при местно-распространенном, неоперабельном РП. Отдельный раздел связан с перспективами включения брахитерапии в комбинированное лечение ранних форм РП. Проведенный анализ свидетельствует о необходимости стандартизации курсовых и разовых доз облучения в зависимости от показаний к ВПБ.
