Аннотация

В настоящее время отмечается рост заболеваемости раком во время беременности в связи с откладыванием деторождения на более поздний возраст. Частота выявления рака шейки матки составляет 7.5-4.5 на 100.000 беременностей, а лечение остается насущной проблемой и подразумевает мультидисциплинарный подход. В статье представлено описание результатов успешного комплексного лечения рака шейки матки IB стадии на фоне развивающейся беременности с включением неоадъювантной химиотерапии, с последующим кесаревым сечением, оптимальным хирургическим лечением и брахитерапией.
