Methods of surgical prophylaxis of breast cancer and ovary cancer in BRCa mutation carriers

Abstract

Хирургическая профилактика наследственного рака молочной железы и яичников позволяют снизить высокий риск развития РМЖ и/или РЯ у носителей мутаций BRCA1,2. В то же время, не существует рандомизированных контролируемых исследований, позволяющих продемонстрировать потенциальную выгоду от двусторонней мастэктомии, контралатеральной мастэктомии, лапароскопической сальпингоофорэктомии. Стратегия профилактики наследственного рака молочной железы и яичников является непростой задачей и ее эффективность определяется степенью риска развития рака, качеством жизни и показателем общей выживаемости.
