Abstract

В обзоре рассмотрены современные представления о строении, функциях, лигандах внутриклеточного белка-транслокатора с молекулярной массой 18 кДа. Особое внимание уделено особенностям экспрессии данного белка у пациентов с различными злокачественными новообразованиями, а также возможному применению данного белка как молекулярной мишени в диагностике и терапии онкологических заболеваний.
