Аннотация
Актуальность: миксофибросаркома - редкое новообразование соединительной ткани, происходящей из фибробластов с миксоидным матриксом.
Цель: демонстрация лечения редкого случая метастазирования опухоли сердца (миксофибросаркомы) в головной мозг.
Материалы и методы: нами представлен редкий случай метастаза миксофибро-саркомы сердца в головной мозг у женщины 52 лет. Основными клиническими проявлениями были головная боль, левосторонний гемипарез, интеллектуально-мнестические нарушения.
Результаты: проведен анализ результата комплексного лечения больной с миксофибросаркомой сердца с метастазами.
