Аннотация

Дополнительные молочные железы развиваются в результате неполной регрессии эмбриональных молочных линий не только у женщин, но и у мужчин, располагаются преимущественно в подмышечной впадине. Эти железы могут не иметь внешних проявлений (наличие соска и ареолы). Симптоматически проявляются циклическими болями и отеком во время менструации и беременности, обусловленными гормональными перестройками. Дополнительные молочные железы могут претерпевать и доброкачественные, и злокачественные патологические изменения, также как обычные анатомические молочные железы. В связи с низкой частотой встречаемости дополнительной молочной железы (у 2–6 % женщин) и ее патологических изменений, большая часть мировой литературы включает описания отдельных клинических случаев. Поэтому цель настоящего обзора: рассмотреть структуру, нормальный морфогенез и патологические изменения дополнительной молочной железы. Для подготовки обзора проведен поиск литературы по базам данных Scopus, Web of Science, Medline, PubMed, CyberLeninka, РИНЦ и CNKI. При анализе использованы отечественные и зарубежные научные и клинические исследования, индексируемые в базах данных Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, из них 31 % опубликованны за последние 5 лет. Использовано 72 источника для написания данного литературного обзора.
