Аннотация

Цель данного обзора — обобщить результаты исследований отношения пациентов к скринингу онкологических заболеваний. В рамках обзора были изучены полные тексты 63 публикаций по четырём распространённым онкологическим заболеваниям: рак молочной железы, рак шейки матки, колоректальный рак и рак лёгкого. Для каждого заболевания отмечены особенности отношения пациентов к скрининговым мероприятиям, которые выражаются в их готовности проходить обследования, в их осведомлённости о заболевании и скрининге на него, в мотиваторах и барьерах на пути к принятию участия в онкоскрининге. Для всех заболеваний найдена распространённая поддержка скрининговых мероприятий среди различных групп населения, но ставится под сомнение осознанность этой поддержки. Обзор завершается рекомендациями по проведению исследований отношения пациентов к скринингу онкологических заболеваний в России.
