Аннотация

В статье рассмотрена история становления радикального хирургического лечения больных раком вульвы c начала XX века до настоящего времени. Приведены положительные и отрицательные стороны различных хирургических методик в реконструктивно-пластическом компоненте и путях лимфоотока. Вопрос о проведении пахово-бедренной лимфаденэктомии ассоциирован с неоднозначными спорами различных авторов, что сопряжено со снижением показаний или отказом от данного вида операции.
