Abstract
The article presents historical aspect of radical surgical treatment of patients with cancer of the vulva from the beginning of the XX century to nowadays. Article presents positive and negative aspects of different surgical techniques in reconstructive plastic component and lymph circulation paths. Question about conducting the inguinal-femoral lymphadenec-tomy always evoked mixed controversial disputes various authors, which leads to index decline or rejection of this type of operation.References
