Нередко в связи с тяжелым соматическим состоянием пациента, наличием перифокального воспаления, анемией, возрастом, не удается провести неоадъювантную химиолучевую терапию рака прямой кишки. Для улучшения онкологических результатов лечения у данной категории больных в ГНЦ Колопроктологии применяется интраоперационная внутритазовая химиотерапия с гипертермией (ИВТХГ). В настоящее исследование включено 120 больных раком прямой кишки в стадии Т3-4N0-2М0, при этом 60 пациентам проведена ИВТХГ, при которой использовался цисплатин в дозе 150 мг, время проведения методики - 60 минут, температура перфузата - 44-45 °С. Проведение ИВТХГ позволило снизить частоту местных рецидивов в 2 раза с 16,7% до 8,3% и увеличить 3-летнюю общую выживаемость на 10% - с 63% до 73%, что показывает - эффективность ИВТХГ в профилактике местных рецидивов.Библиографические ссылки
