Аннотация
Учитывая растущую роль папилломавирусной инфекции человека (ВИЧ) в канцерогенезе плоскоклеточного рака головы и шеи, понимание что ВИЧ-ассоциированный рак и ВИЧ-неассоциированный рак - это две различные нозологические формы рака ротоглотки, отсутствие единых стандартов и подходов в диагностике ВИЧ инфекции - основной задачей онкологического общества является внедрение в клиническую практику высокоточного, экономически эффективного, оптимального, технически осуществимого лабораторного метода диагностики ВИЧ-ассоциированного рака ротоглотки. В представленном обзоре литературы отражены современные взгляды на канцерогенез и методы диагностики ВИЧ-ассоциированного рака ротоглотки, проанализированы сильные и слабые стороны методов, а также трудности, с которыми сталкиваются врачи в своей клинической практике при диагностике ВИЧ в различном материале (цитологическом и гистологическом).Библиографические ссылки
