Аннотация

Процессы неоваскуляризации являются ключевыми для роста и распространения опухолевых клеток. В данной статье описаны уникальные паттерны ангиогенеза, которые считаются специфическими исключительно для опухолей головного мозга. В настоящее время все большее значение в глазах исследователей приобретает роль специализированных периваскулярных ниш в развитии онкологических процессов головного мозга. Периваскулярные ниши играют решающую роль в межклеточных взаимовлияниях между резидентными клеточными линиями при развитии опухолевого процесса, а также являются источником опухолевых стволовых клеток.
