Аннотация

В статье представлен современный анализ литературы по частоте встречаемости и особенностях клинического течения рака полости рта на фоне беременности. Рак полости рта в настоящее время занимает лидирующие позиции в структуре злокачественных новообразований области головы и шеи. Представлена взаимосвязь возникновения рака полости рта на фоне беременности в зависимости от различных факторов, укладывающихся в теории. Выявлено, что рак полости рта у женщин в период гестации ассоциирован с более неблагоприятным течением: быстро прогрессирует на фоне проводимой терапии, а также характеризуется высокой способностью к метастазированию.
