摘要
В течение жизни человек подвергается воздействию различных ксенобиотиков, одним из биологических эффектов которых является генотоксическое действие, приводящее к возникновению онкогенных мутаций. Мутагенные и промутагенные вещества могут быть детоксицированы соответствующими ферментами биотрансформации ксенобиотиков, однако в случае изменения энзиматической активности последних «обезвреживание» мутагенов происходит замедленными темпами. В обзоре рассматриваются полиморфные гены ферментов второй фазы биотрансформации ксенобиотиков семейства GSTs и представлены данные современной литературы о роли GSTM и GSTT в онкогенезе и развитии гемобластозов. Поиск научной литературы осуществлялся по базам данных PubMed и Cyber Leninka.
