Аннотация

Представлено наблюдение 62-летней больной с метастатическим поражением поджелудочной железы почечно-клеточным раком спустя 15 лет после радикальной нефрэктомии справа. Заболевание успешно диагностировано безоперационным путем: выполнена тонкоигольная пункционная биопсия с последующим иммуногистохимическим исследованием препарата, таким образом диагноз был верифицирован и исключен очаговый хронический панкреатит. Пациентке проведена лекарственная противоопухолевая терапия, которую она перенесла хорошо, достигнут частичный ответ.
