Abstract

An observation of a 62-year-old patient with metastatic pancreatic lesion with renal cell carcinoma 15 years after radical nephrectomy on the right is presented. The disease was successfully diagnosed non-surgically: a fine needle puncture biopsy was performed followed by immunohistochemical examination of the drug, thus the diagnosis was verified and focal chronic pancreatitis was excluded. The patient underwent drug antitumor therapy, which she endured well, a partial response was achieved.
