Аннотация

Обзор посвящён использованию свобод-ноциркулирующей Днк (сцДНК) вируса Эпштейна-Барр (EBV) и папилломавируса (HPV) в диагностике онкологических заболеваний. Обобщены результаты исследований последних лет, свидетельствующие о перспективности разработки сцДНК EBV и HPV в качестве диагностических маркёров. Подробно проанализированы противоречия в исследованиях различных авторов, свидетельствующие о необходимости стандартизации исследований для внедрения этих новых маркёров в клиническую практику.
