Abstract
Intranodal lymphangiography with percutaneous lymphatic embolization is currently a promising method for the treatment of profuse postoperative lymphorrhea. We present two successful clinical cases of treatment of chylous ascites in patients following retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy for testicular germ cell tumor. In both cases, stable relief of the complication was achieved with a significant improvement in the patients' quality of life.
