Аннотация
Хирургический этап остается основным в комбинированном и комплексном лечении рака молочной железы (РМЖ), а радикальная мастэктомия является по-прежнему основным вариантом хирургического лечения в большинстве клиник России. Отсутствие молочной железы (МЖ) является как физической, так и психологической травмой для женщины и приводит к глубокой деформации личности, значительно ухудшая качество жизни. Таким образом, реконструктивно-пластическая хирургия МЖ стала неотъемлемой частью современной клинической онкологии. Лучевая терапия может привести к развитию осложнений после реконструкции МЖ, и наоборот, реконструированная МЖ может вызвать технические сложности для радиолога для правильного подведения необходимой дозы облучения. Таким образом, перед хирургом и радиологом возникла задача выбора оптимальной последовательности реконструкции и снижения риска развития осложнений в послеоперационном периоде после проведения лучевой терапии на эндопротез без ущерба для онкологических или косметических результатов реконструированной железы.
