Аннотация
Выяснение патогенетических особенностей злокачественных новообразований, ассоциированных с метаболическим синдромом (МС) представляет актуальность вследствие значительной распространенности таких опухолей. Исследования механизмов вовлеченности компонентов МС в патогенез рака целесообразно дополнить изучением ряда транскрипционных и ростовых факторов, ассоциированных с энергетических дисбалансом клетки и вовлеченных в процессы пролиферации, апоптоза, ангиогенеза, клеточной подвижности и воспаления. Необходимы дополнительные исследования с целью выявления наиболее перспективных молекулярных мишеней для таргетной терапии злокачественных новообразований, ассоциированных с МС, с целью увеличения продолжительности и качества жизни данной категории больных.
