摘要
Экстралеваторная брюшно-промежностная экстирпация прямой кишки сопровождается формированием обширного дефекта промежности, требующего применения дополнительных технических приемов для его закрытия. В данной статье рассматриваются различные методики пластики дефекта тазового дна после экстралеваторных брюшнопромежностных экстирпаций прямой кишки, включающие простое закрытие раны, пластику сетчатым эндопротезом и миопластику.参考
