Аннотация

Обобщены данные литературы, посвящённые эффективности скрининга онкологических заболеваний. На основании результатов широкого спектра исследований сделаны выводы о возможностях и ограничениях внедрения различных методов диагностики, а также обсуждены перспективы развития скрининга различных локализаций. Дана качественная оценка исследованиям. Сделаны выводы об эффективности скрининга рака шейки матки, колоректального рака и рака молочной железы. Представлена интерпретация результатов исследований эффективности скрининга рака предстательной железы, рака лёгкого и комбинированной программы скрининга и профилактики рака желудка. Приведены отрицательные результаты исследований скрининга других локализаций, а также обозначены пути развития методов диагностики этих заболеваний с целью создания эффективных программ скрининга.
