Аннотация
Наиболее частой причиной развития дефектов мочеточников является ятрогения. В сфере онкологии главный вклад в поражение мочеточников вносят лучевая терапия и онкогинекологические операции, способствуя развитию 70 % всех дефектов мочеточников. Сегодня существуют различные варианты диагностики и восстановления повреждённых мочеточников от формирования рутинных анастомозов по типу конец-в-конец до использования кишечных и иных трансплантатов. В данной статье мы приводим краткий обзор литературы по обсуждаемому вопросу с систематизацией основных рекомендаций к уретральной пластике.
