摘要

Имеющиеся в настоящее время данные о сохранения фертильности у пациенток с ранними стадиями рака яичников указывают на онкологическую безопасность и высокую эффективность как органосохраняющих операций, так и методов вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Международное научное сообщество все чаще обсуждает важность своевременного информирования пациентов и реализации стратегий, направленных на сохранение репродуктивной функции у данной категории больных. Принимая во внимание ограниченное количество наблюдений, исследования о возможных видах сохранения фертильности пациенткам со злокачественными опухолями яичников должны продолжаться.
