Аннотация

В лечении карциноматоза брюшины золотым стандартом является выполнение циторедуктивной операции с последующей внутрибрюшной гипертермической химиоперфузией (HIPEC). Однако и при отсутствии видимого карциноматоза, применение HIPEC в адъювантном режиме может снизить риск развития имплантационного метастазирования заболевания по брюшине. Новая методика аэрозольной внутрибрюшной химиотерапии (PIPAC) позволяет при меньших дозах химиопрепарата и широких возможностях к повторным процедурам уменьшить диссеминацию перитонеальных очагов, что в дальнейшем может позволить провести циторедуктивную операцию и HIPEC. Самостоятельное и комбинированное применение каждого из методов и их режимов остается важным и интересным вопросом для дискуссии.
