Abstract

This article presents a clinical case of melanoma associated with pregnancy, which had an extremely aggressive course leading to the death of the patient. The case illustrates the negative impact of pregnancy on the clinical course of melanoma, with less than a month passing from the appearance of the first clinical signs to the patient's death. An analysis of the modern literature indicates on the frequency of occurrence and features of the clinical course of melanoma during pregnancy showed that pregnant women diagnosed with melanoma have a less favorable prognosis for the development of the disease compared to non-pregnant women.
