摘要

Прогресс в лекарственном лечении сарком невероятно медленный: в первую очередь ему препятствует часто развивающаяся устойчивость опухолей к стандартной химиотерапии препаратами в максимально переносимых дозах. Клональная эволюция опухолевых клеток порождает их высокую генетическую гетерогенность, лежащую в основе устойчивости к химио- и лучевой терапии. Следствием такой химиорезистентности является местное распространение и диссеминация процесса, что, в свою очередь, существенно снижает качество жизни пациента и повышает вероятность неблагоприятного исхода заболевания. Цель данной статьи - осветить современные представления о клональной эволюции опухолевых клеток и влияние этого процесса на перспективы терапии пациентов с саркомами.
