摘要

Обзор литературы включает период от первых попыток паллиативной криодеструкции до современных миниинвазивных технологий с использованием разных способов навигации и контроля. накоплен достаточный материал, показывающий научную обоснованность, эффективность, позитивную технологическую и клиническую эволюцию метода. При общей положительной и часто оптимистичной оценке возможностей криогенных технологий, в публикациях нет результатов рандомизированных исследований по сравнению отдаленных результатов при криогенном и существующем стандартном лечении больных раком молочной железы. В заключении авторы указывают объективные трудности в изучении проблемы и предлагают возможные пути ее решения.
